Intro....
The Unicorn fellowship is an independent group of select individuals
who have one major motivating interest, in creating wealth for themselves
and other members.
We have number of grades of membership aimed at different stages
individuals have reached, this allows those with the knowledge and
experience to provide mentoring and support to those still on their way to
the first few million.
This is mutually beneficial, as you will discover, so everyone involved
both enjoys and prospers from this.

The new member
The majority of new members start out as apprentices, this was originally
short for apprentice millionaires, but over time with inflation and more people
having acquired some wealth, this is perhaps no longer fully applicable as some
will already have reached a net worth of a few million before being invited to
join. The majority however start out as apprentices with no appreciable net
worth at all.
A full member or fellow undertakes the mentoring involved in developing these
individuals and in both introducing them to opportunities and auditing
performance.
The new members pay no membership subscription or fee to join. Membership is
open to any person of either sex, any age but normally at least 18, any nationality or
religion, providing that they are prepared to fit within the criteria set and
agreed with them.

How this works
 | A potential member decides that this is for them and registers their
interest. |
| We then ask them to wait two weeks before contacting us again just
so that those who loose interest very quickly will do so. |
| We then give them audit or work books to complete that tells us all
about them, their existing experience, interests and more besides. |
| Members and fellows with capacity at this time, are then approached
by the central organizing fellows, to see if this potential apprentice would be
of interest to them |
| When a fellow or member interested in providing mentoring is
identified, a meeting is arranged between them and the potential member. |
| They meet and agree the terms of the mentoring using a work book,
forming an agreement between them. If no agreement can be reached then
further suitable matches are sought. The normal agreement lasts for a
year and a day, with the option to renew for a further year and a day. |
| The prospective member is them proposed for membership, and the
agreement registered. |
| Members receive help, mentoring and are audited to check on
performance. This focuses on empowering, reaching targets and developing
opportunities. |
| After succeeding they end their apprentice agreement period and are
invited to move up to Genie member. So called because within this
period they will from time to time be presented with wishes and be
expected, providing it has no cost or detrimental to them to make
these wishes come true. Also in this period they will undertake 2 audits
a year to monitor and reinforce their continuing development. Membership
in this grade would normally last for three years. |
| Next they move to become full members and start to take on the tasks
involving mentoring and supporting other new apprentices. Initially
under the supervision of a fellow but later on their own. |
| Eventually some who have been very successful will be invited to
become fellows, the top member grade. The chairman of the fellows is
known as the Grand Master. |
| the Unicorn fellowship is funded by donations from full members and
fellows, it has no membership fees and receives no income from any other
source. |
